I am a Master’s degree student at Regent College, a cross-denominational graduate school of theology in Canada, and a trained grief-informed Spiritual Director♱. It is my vocational calling to dedicate this sacred hour to listen, tend, and witness individuals as they seek to encounter God in all facets of life, discerning where the Holy Trinity beckons their attention. Spiritual direction is a ministry rooted in presence … an honour to listen deeply to another’s lived experience. This sacred space is holy ground in YHWH’s presence, entrusted to the spiritual director’s care, not owned by her.

Spiritual direction gently tends to the directee with unconditional regard, even in the depths and at the fringes of life. It invites your contemplation to attune to those divine whispers that guide you toward consolation and a transcendent union with the Holy One. Whether you are approaching thresholds, yearning for a deep well, or contemplating when to mark an ending to herald a new beginning, these moments are divine invitations to attentive listening and human flourishing.

My rich cultural heritage spans a well-governed British colony in Asia and Canada (Toronto and Vancouver), where my education, vocation, family, and life continue to texturize my story. This blend of diverse locationalities, histories, cultures, and languages has helped me understand others and their boundary-crossing stories. Supporting directees in beholding their true worth and the sanctity of their souls is my most meaningful work.

My spiritual journey began in the Catholic tradition (British-Hong Kong), deepened over 23 years within Baptist then Missionary Alliance communities (Canada), and is now enriched through the protestant, sacramental Anglican tradition (Canada). My approach to Spiritual Direction is Christocentric, rooted in Spirit-led listening, offering a non-manipulative presence, with compassionate inquiry that honours individual agency. I completed a rigorous 2.5-year formal training in spiritual direction through Anam Cara Ministries (US), engaged in profound spiritual formation via the Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life (19th Annotation) by St. Ignatius of Loyola at New College Berkeley (Graduate Theological Union, US), and attained a Death, Dying, and Grief Certificate from Tyndale Seminary (Canada). Additionally, the sacred experience of discernment has profoundly shaped my ability to support those facing life's complex uncertainties.
